Court of Inquiry into an incident in Afghanistan, 3 August 2010
These documents cover the findings of the Court of Inquiry into two incidents in Afghanistan in August 2012. The contact on 4 August 2012 resulted in the deaths of Lance Corporals Pralli Durrer and Rory Malone and the injury of six personnel. The IED incident on 19 August 2012 claimed the lives of Corporal Luke Tamatea, Lance Corporal Jacinda Baker and Private Richard Harris.
