The team at F45 Hutt City and F45 Upper Hutt have put together an amazing corporate offer for the NZDF Force 4 Families community.

F45 Training consists of team-based, high-intensity, functional training workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. We cater for all fitness levels - from complete beginners, to elite athletes. The experienced coaching team offers ways to adapt each exercise to suit your individual ability, and the coaches are passionate and love to motivate and encourage members to push their limits. The level of support there is second to none and the F45 studios have a very unique community feel to them.

For the Force 4 Families community only, you can join F45 Hutt City or F45 Upper Hutt for only $49/week (usually $66/week). N.B. 12 week minimum term applies.
