The Greek Commemorative Medal

Applications for the Greek Commemorative Medal, also referred to as the Greek War Medal 1940-41, must be made directly to the Embassy of Greece in Canberra, Australia. The NZDF does not issue this medal for service in Greece.

However, NZDF Personnel Archives and Medals can, upon request, provide a Statement of Service to support your application.  Visit our Service Records page for more information on requesting a Statement of Service.
