2/1 Battalion RNZIR new Colours

The current Colours of 2nd/1st Battalion, Royal New Zealand Infantry Regiment (RNZIR) were presented in March 1980. Made of silk, after more than 44 years of general wear and tear they are now at the end of life.

The new King’s and Regimental Colours will be presented at Burnham Military Camp on 31 October.
