Shaping and Rebuilding the NZDF, as in the foregoing paragraphs, has a direct relationship with the Defence Capital Development Plan and infrastructure improvements. It is therefore appropriate to include here the NZDF’s capital intentions as most of the capital appropriated is channelled into these areas. The NZDF’s forecast capital expenditure for the next four years is shown in the following table:
