Naval ships from Australia and France will visit Auckland between 12-16 September 2008 to operate with the Royal New Zealand Navy’s HMNZS TE KAHA and RESOLUTION in Exercise Maru.
Led by NZ Customs, Maru is a New Zealand Government Proliferation Security Initiative Exercise. The Naval vessels will also conduct a buildup exercise in the Hauraki Gulf over the period 12-14 September 2008.
