The following images were taken in June 2009 during Exercise Tropic Twilight. This exercise involved deploying 67 NZDF personnel to Puka Puka in the Cook Islands to conduct a range of medical and engineering civil aid tasks. The Royal New Zealand Navy 's HMNZS CANTERBURY and its associated Seasprite helicopters supported the exercise, moving stores and people to shore safely and efficiently.
