Anzac Day

25 April is the day of remembrance for the fallen of all wars, but specifically it commemorates the day Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZACs) landed at Gallipoli in 1915.

Competitions

As part of Anzac Day commemorations, the New Zealand Defence Force will run OPERATION ANZAC FORCES, a design competition for Year 7 & 8 students.

Send a message to our troops

Over 400 Kiwi troops will be working overseas this Anzac Day. You can post a general message or a message to an individual service person. Messages will be delivered to the overseas missions on 25 April.
