10ILLC takes place at the Rydges Lakeland Resort Queenstown Conference Facility in Queenstown, New Zealand dated 15 - 18 May 2017
10ILLC is an internationally recognised event that occurs every two years, and is being hosted by the New Zealand Army. 10ILLC reviews lessons learned processes, procedures and best practices by members of the international Lessons Learned and Continuous Improvement Community.
Who is the conference aimed at?
The conference is focused on Senior Leadership and Management who lead the change, and Lessons Practitioners who shape the change.

Identify innovative approaches to critical thinking, adapting and influencing change.
Key Focus Areas
Four focus areas will be used in 10ILLC and facilitate constructive discussion between Professionals (Military, Police, Government agencies) and other civilian Professionals including Academics. The four focus areas will be used as themes throughout the larger plenary sessions with smaller break-out sessions highlighting certain topics.
Leadership in crisis and complex operations
Working in an Interagency environment
Red Teaming (Enhancing our Critical Thinkers).

Programme of Events
A draft programme of events is available and will be confirmed by 30 January 2017.
Conference attendees are limited to 200 personnel and registration is recommended as early as possible.
UPDATE: Due to high levels of interest the closing dates for submissions and registrations have been extended. New Closing dates are now 15th February 2017 for Speaker Submissions and 15th March 2017 for Registrations. Full details can be found in the Administration Pack.
