This statement relates to the information you are now providing to the NZDF, or which the NZDF may hold about you. Please take the time to read this Privacy Statement - it outlines how we use the information you provide us with in this application.
I agree to information about me collected by the NZDF being used for the following purposes: Recruitment, Training, Research, and Personnel Management.
I also agree to the following members of the NZDF having access to this information: Recruiting Staff, Defence Psychologists, Medical Staff, Training Staff, Administration Staff, and Commanders.
I understand this information will be held securely and that the NZDF will not disclose it to any person except for the purposes described above, or as authorised by myself, or by law.
I also understand that this information will be held by the NZDF until such time as it is no longer required.
I authorise the collection of information about myself from referees that I have nominated in respect of my recruiting application.
I agree to information being collected on my character and academic ability from employers, schools or other educational institutions, and from the Police.
I understand that I may request access to, and correction and updating of any information that is collected about me by the NZDF. I also understand that access may be limited in the case of evaluative information.
